Transparent guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of our pediatric consultations and workshops.

Effective: January 1, 2025

Introduction

This policy applies to all digital services provided by Dr. Tiny Tots, including virtual pediatric consultations, live workshops, recorded workshop sessions, and downloadable educational materials. All payments are processed securely through PhonePe PG in Indian Rupees (INR).

We are committed to transparency and compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and RBI guidelines for payment reversals.

General Principles

Payment Processing

All payments are processed via PhonePe PG. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • • Consultations cancelled with proper notice
  • • Workshop tickets cancelled within policy timelines
  • • Doctor-initiated cancellations or reschedules
  • • Platform technical failures

✗ Non-Refundable

  • • Digital materials once accessed/downloaded
  • • No-show appointments
  • • Consultations cancelled within 24 hours
  • • Workshops cancelled within 72 hours
  • • Workshop recordings once shared

Rescheduling Policy

  • One complimentary reschedule if requested more than 24 hours in advance
  • • Additional reschedules subject to availability and may incur fees
  • • Rescheduled appointments follow the same cancellation policy

Doctor-Initiated Changes

  • Full refund or complimentary reschedule
  • • Customer choice of preferred resolution
  • • Emergency cancellations processed within 24 hours

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the consultation is considered consumed and no refund will be provided.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Recording Access Policy

Many workshops include access to recorded sessions and downloadable materials.

Important: Once recording links or downloadable materials are shared, refunds are not possible as the digital content has been accessed.

Non-Refundable Digital Content

Once you download materials or access recording links, these digital goods become non-refundable as they cannot be "returned."
