By accessing drtinytots.com, registering for a consultation, enrolling in a workshop, or receiving digital materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This document explains your rights, obligations, and the limitations that apply when interacting with Dr. Tiny Tots.
These terms apply to Indian residents using our services for newborn to early childhood care. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the services.

1. Introduction & acceptance
These terms bind every User who visits our website, registers for a consultation, purchases a workshop, or accesses Digital Materials. By proceeding with any of these actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the obligations herein.

- If an agency or organisation books on your behalf, you remain responsible for ensuring all guardians understand these terms.
2. Registered entity & contact
Dr. Tiny Tots is operated by Dr. Nayana Singhekar (sole proprietor) with the principal place of business in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. All services are delivered within the jurisdiction of India.

3. Definitions
- Consultation: A scheduled virtual pediatric guidance session delivered via video, audio, or messaging channels operated by Dr. Tiny Tots.
- Workshop: A live or recorded group learning session covering newborn and early childhood topics hosted by Dr. Tiny Tots.
- Digital Materials: Any documents, recordings, worksheets, or curated resources shared electronically after a consultation or workshop.
- User: An adult (18 years and above) accessing drtinytots.com, booking services, or receiving communications from Dr. Tiny Tots.
- Guardian: A User who is the parent or lawful guardian of the child for whom consultation or workshop guidance is sought.
4. Services overview
We provide two primary service categories: individual teleconsultations and group workshops. Explore service details on our consultation and workshop pages.
- Guidance is tailored for newborns, infants, and children up to approximately six years of age.
- Workshops may include pre-reading materials, live sessions, and curated follow-up resources.
- Consultations are provided virtually via secure video or audio platforms agreed with the Guardian.
5. Eligibility & guardianship
- Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- Only parents or lawful guardians may request services for minors; proof of guardianship may be requested.
- Guardians must ensure the child is present (where clinically required) and that another adult is nearby for safety.
6. Medical disclaimer
All teleconsultations and workshops offer educational guidance based on the information you share. They do not replace in-person examinations, diagnostic tests, or emergency interventions.
- No doctor-patient relationship is formed until an in-person evaluation is completed when required by medical judgement.
- We comply with the Indian Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020). Prescriptions, if any, follow the rules applicable to telemedicine.
- Recording or redistributing sessions is prohibited without explicit written consent.
- In emergencies or acute distress situations, contact local emergency services immediately.
7. Booking & payments
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment through our PhonePe PG payment gateway. We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net-banking in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Submit a booking request via the consultation or workshop page.
- Complete payment on the secure PhonePe PG checkout page.
- Receive an automated confirmation email once the transaction succeeds. Seats are allocated strictly in order of cleared payments.
If a payment fails, retry through PhonePe PG or contact us for manual assistance. All payment disputes are handled per the PhonePe PG Merchant Agreement and RBI regulations.
8. Pricing & taxes
- Prices are quoted in INR and may be inclusive or exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable.
- Any applicable GST amount will be communicated on the checkout page and invoice. GST registration details will be provided on request once issued.
- Fees may change with prior notice on the relevant service page and via email to upcoming attendees.
9. Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
Our detailed refund rules are outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points are summarised below.
- Consultation reschedules are free if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
- Workshop cancellations made 48 hours before the start receive either a full refund or seat transfer to another guardian.
- No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the fee, except for documented medical emergencies.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via PhonePe PG within 7-10 business days.
10. Digital delivery & materials
- Session links, digital workbooks, or recordings (when offered) are shared via email within 24 hours of payment or session completion.
- Digital Materials are licensed for personal, household use only. Sharing, selling, or posting them publicly is prohibited.
- We recommend downloading links within seven days, after which access may expire.

11. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about the child’s health history and current condition.
- Use a reliable internet connection and a quiet, well-lit environment for virtual sessions.
- Ensure respectful communication with all participants; abusive or disruptive conduct may result in termination.
- Do not record, screenshot, or stream sessions without prior written consent.
- Comply with platform rules (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) used to deliver the session.
12. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, and Digital Materials on drtinytots.com are owned by Dr. Tiny Tots. Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use workshop or consultation resources for personal caregiving purposes.
Commercial use, reproduction, or derivative works require prior written permission. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action and termination of access.
13. Limitation of liability
- Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the incident.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of goodwill or data.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages or third-party downtime.
14. Privacy & data protection
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing described there.
- Guardians may exercise access, correction, or deletion rights by emailing our privacy contact.
- We take heightened care of minors’ data and only retain information necessary to provide follow-up care or comply with legal requirements.
- Payment information is processed by PhonePe PG; we do not store card numbers or bank credentials.
15. Third-party services
We rely on a limited set of vetted service providers to deliver our offerings. Each third party receives only the minimum data necessary for its function.
- PhonePe PG: Secure payment processing for cards, UPI, and net-banking.
- Zoom / Google Meet: Video conferencing platforms used for live sessions when preferred.
- Google Workspace: Email and document storage used for scheduling and sharing materials.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of their standard terms in addition to ours.
16. Governing law & dispute resolution
- Attempt to resolve concerns informally by writing to us using the verified contact details shared in section 19 and including all relevant booking references.
- If unresolved within 15 days, we may suggest a neutral mediator based in Bengaluru. Mediation costs are shared equally.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Termination of access
- We may deny or cancel services for abusive conduct, non-payment, chargebacks, or safety concerns.
- Guardians remain liable for fees accrued before termination.
- We may suspend accounts temporarily to investigate suspected misuse or data security risks.
18. Updates to these terms
We review these terms at least annually and whenever relevant regulations or operational processes change. Minor editorial updates may be posted without individual notice.
For material changes, we will email active customers and display a notice banner on drtinytots.com for a minimum of seven days before the new terms take effect.
